A smart group of people lead by Tim Berners-Lee in 2001 published an article called the “The Semantic Web”. They even talked about something called agents. They dreamt about of an online world where content is augmented by meaning.
Now here we go, after a decade, we just realise AI agents needs ontological understanding of our world. All based on knowledge of interconnected concepts.
